I wasn’t expecting much, but wow... the fries were super crispy and actually really tasty!! The sides were good too, way better than I thought they’d be!!!

I’ve been happy with the rewards so far and the promos definitely help too, it’s nice when you can grab a little extra value here and there without having to do much, so overall I’d say it’s been a good experience

I ordered from Pincho and was grateful for how quickly the food came out, especially since it was a little busy. The staff seemed to be moving fast and doing their best. There was a small wait at the counter, so it wasn’t totally perfect, but overall I had a good experience and appreciated the quick service.

I liked the place overall, I mostly paid attention to the atmosphere, which was fun and easygoing. The only thing that really stood out to me was that it got a little loud after a while.

Ordered through pincho.com for pickup, it was easy. The site didn’t give me any trouble, and my food was ready close to the time they estimated, so that part was totally fine.
I did have to wait a few extra minutes at the counter, and it wasn’t super clear where I was supposed to stand, but you know, no big deal, everything was fine. The food was still hot when I got it, so I’m giving it 4 stars.

I ordered from Pincho it was kind of a letdown. The fries tasted like they’d been sitting around for a while, and the burger toppings just didn’t seem super fresh, like, I was halfway through thinking maybe it was just me, but no, it really wasn’t great. It’s not the worst food I’ve had or anything, but for the price, I definitely expected better.

I ordered from Pincho and the skewers just weren’t great. A few pieces were dry, and a couple had that chewy texture like they’d been sitting out too long or something. The flavor was fine I guess, but nothing I’d go out of my way for. For the price, I was expecting better quality. Not the worst meal ever, but yeah, I probably wouldn’t order the skewers again

I had a really nice experience ordering from pincho.com. The staff were paying attention without hovering, they seemed to notice quickly when we needed a hand. One person even checked on our order to make sure everything was right, which I really appreciated. It all felt simple and relaxed, those little things make a big difference. I’d definitely use them again.

I was actually kind of surprised, the portions were really fair. Not tiny, not ridiculously huge, just a good amount.

Tried Pincho the other day and the food was really good. Not sure if they were just slammed or maybe something was going on, but the pickup took longer than I expected. The staff was friendly when I got there though, so it wasn’t a big deal. I’d order again, just probably not if I’m trying to grab something fast.

I had a minor issue where my order wasn’t showing correctly right after I paid, so I reached out to Pincho support. To be honest, I was expecting the usual long wait and back-and-forth.

They replied faster than I anticipated and handled the situation in a very straightforward way. The person assisting me was polite, actually understood what I explained, and didn’t make it feel like a hassle, which I appreciated a lot.

By the end of the same day, everything was fixed and I still got my food as planned. Overall, I’m genuinely pleased with how they dealt with it, professional, quick, and not overly complicated.

This place is super easy to get to since it’s right by my office. i blame myself for not checking it out sooner, it couldn’t be more convenient
